[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] ‘2022년 창원복지박람회’가 8일 창원컨벤션센터 제1전시장에서 85개 사회복지시설 기관·단체가 참여한 가운데 열렸다.
이날 홍남표 창원특례시장, 지역 시·도의원, 지역사회보장협의체 위원, 사회복지기관장이 함께 참여 했으며, 지역사회 복지증진에 기여한 공로로 복지인 25명이 표창을 받았다.
박람회는 홍보 부스(77개관), 체험 부스(8개관), 복지 상생 마켓 부스(10개관) 등 부스운영과 작품전시, 건강을 위한 생활체육 프로그램, 박람회 이벤트 등으로 진행됐다.
체력측정, 정신건강 치유, 체성분, 골밀도검사 등 시민들의 건강증진을 위한 보건의료 체험프로그램을 비롯해, 어르신들의 스마트한 생활을 위한 키오스크, 스마트폰 쉽게 활용하기, 무료한 일상을 날려버릴 일일 바리스타 체험을 할 수 있었다.
구직희망자들은 취업 상담과 일자리 신청 도움도 받을 수 있었다.

장애인 자립을 위한 사업설명과 장애인식 개선 캠페인, 다양한 체험 프로그램도 선보였으며, 여성·가족을 위한 홍보관에는 성폭력 예방을 위한 인식 개선 캠페인, 구직상담과 구인 정보 제공과 더불어 사례관리 서비스도 이뤄졌다.
전시장 곳곳에는 복지기관 이용자들이 갈고닦은 다양한 작품과 공모 수상작을 전시했으며, 특히, ‘행복한 창원 나들이, 행복한 우리집’을 주제로 한 어린이들의 미술작품 161점을 전시하여 시민들의 마음을 행복하게 했다.
홍남표 시장은 “보듬는 복지, 번지는 행복, 물드는 창원 슬로건처럼 사회적 약자와 취약 계층 모두를 보듬어 함께 행복을 누리고, 도움을 필요로 하는 시민이 소외 받지 않는 복지서비스 실현을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
