[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시의회는 8일 오후 의장실에서 의장단 간담회를 개최하고, 제120회 창원시의회(제2차정례회) 의사일정(안)을 오는 17일 의회운영위원회에서 회기일정을 최종 확정하기로 했다.
이날 간담회에서는 광역의회 및 특례시의회와 발맞춰 시 산하 공공기관장 인사검증 시스템 도입을 위한 절차 및 방식 등에 대해 의견을 나눴으며, 빠른시일 내 시와 협약을 맺고 공공기관장에 대한 인사검증을 추진키로 했다.

이어 시의회 소회의실에 마련된 집행기관과의 소통간담회에서는 ▲ 2023년 조직개편 ▲ 창원시 아동의회 정책발표회 ▲ 의창구청 신청사 개청식 ▲ 2022년 재난대응 안전한국훈련 추진계획 ▲ 특례권한 확보에 따른 진해항관리 사무이양 준비 등 시정 주요현안 및 계획 보고와 협력사항 등에 대한 논의가 이뤄졌다.
김이근 의장은 “경남의 수부도시이자 100만 대도시인 창원특례시의회가 모범이 될 수 있도록 인사검증 시스템 도입 등 선진의회 구현에 노력하겠다”고 말하고 “이달 25일에 개회하는 제2차 정례회를 빈틈없이 준비해 시민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역발전을 위한 내년도 예산이 골고루 편성될 수 있도록 철저히 심사하겠다”고 말했다.
