[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시의회는 지난 8일 창원특례시의회 의장단 간담회가 열었고, 이어 실·국장 간부들과 함께 소통 간담회를 가졌다.
창원시 현황과 쏟아지는 민원 등으로 수고하는 실·국장 간부들을 격려하고 소통하는 자리로 매월 진행된다.

김경수 창원특례시 기획위원장은 "최근 잦은 수시 인사로 공무원들의 사기가 땅에 떨어졌다"고 말하고 "인사와 관련된 일은 신중해야 함에도 불구하고 수시 인사를 통해 관련 직원은 얼마나 고통스럽겠느냐"며 지적하고 "이를 지켜보는 다른 직원들은 남일이라고 생각하겠느냐"며 강하게 질타했다.
이어 "수시 인사의 신중함을 기하기 위해서라도 상임위와의 상의가 중요한데 상임위에서는 발표를 보고 알았다"며 섭섭함을 드러내며 신중을 기해 줄 것을 당부했다.
