심정지 환자 생명구해낸 소방관 연인

세종소방서 소속 119구급대원 박용범 소방교와 충북소방서 구급대원인 박지혜 소방사가 의식을 잃은 50대 남성을 심폐소생술로 살려내 화제다.

11일 세종소방서에 따르면 박용범 소방교와 여자친구인 박지혜 소방사는 지난 9일 세종시 나성동에 위치한 한 마트에 방문했다가 갑자기 쓰러진 남성을 발견했다.

박 소방교는 즉시 의식을 잃은 남성에게 다가가 기도개방과 가슴압박을 실시했다.

충북 구급대원 박지혜 소방사도 함께 대처해 119구급대가 도착할 때까지 교대로 심폐소생술을 벌였다.

이후 마트 관계자 신고를 받고 출동한 119구급대에 의해 긴급히 병원으로 옮겨져 다행히 의식을 되찾을 수 있었으며 현재는 회복 중이다.

자칫 생명을 잃을 뻔 했지만 현장에 있던 박 소방교와 박 소방사의 도움으로 목숨을 건질 수 있었던 것이다.

박 소방교는 “다시 한번 심폐소생술의 중요성을 느끼게 됐고 모든 시민들이 심폐소생술을 익혀 응급상황에 빠르게 대처할 수 있으면 좋겠다”라며 “앞으로도 시민들의 안전을 위해 최선을 다하는 119구급대원이 되겠다”라고 말했다.
