와이팜(영) 바이오연구개발센터(이하 와이팜(영) )가 ‘2022년 한국식품영양과학회 국제심포지엄 및 정기학술대회’에 참가해 세종시 농특산물의 가공 및 고부가가치화 기술을 알렸다.
17일 세종시와 세종테크노파크에 따르면 "와이팜(영)은 지난 19일부터 21일까지 제주국제컨벤션센터에서 열린 ‘2022년 한국식품영양과학회 국제심포지엄 및 정기학술대회’에 참가해 식품산업전시회 부스를 운영하고 세종시 농특산물의 가공 및 고부가가치화 기술을 알렸다"고 밝혔다.
이번 대회는 “New Frontiers for Green Biotechnology in Food Science and Nutrition”이라는 주제를 갖고 3개의 기조강연, 17명의 해외연자로 이루어진 4개의 국제 세션, 학술대상 수상 강연, 일본영양식량학회와의 합동심포지엄 세션, 일반세션 30개, 전임회장 특별 세션, 취업특강, 신진과학자 세션 및 학생참여 세션 등 총 56개의 세션으로 진행됐다.
대회 기간 총 2,300여 명이 참석했으며 1,052편의 포스터발표(28편의 포스터 구두발표), 4개 세션으로 이루어진 대학원생 구두발표, 2개 세션의 제품개발경진대회, 43개 기관 및 KGC인삼공사, 아모레퍼시픽, 대상, 광동제약, 신세계푸드, 종근당건강 등 식품산업체의 전시가 3일 동안 열려 명실공히 식품 및 영양 분야의 최고 권위 학술대회로서의 위상을 보여줬다.
한편 ,와이팜(영)은 이번 대회에서 농특산물을 활용한 연구개발 제품인 갈변방지 내용 및 고체육수등 제품을 소개해 전국 굴지의 식품업체와 식품관련 전공자들이 갈변방지 기술에 많은 관심을 받았다.
