브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 이랜드파크는 22일 보도자료를 통해 국내 체인 호텔&리조트 업계 최초로 준법경영시스템 ‘ISO 37301’ 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
준법경영시스템 ISO 37301은 지난해 4월 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 제정한 준법경영 관련 국제표준이다. ISO37301 인증을 획득하기 위해서는 조직 내부의 준법경영시스템 수립부터 개발, 실행, 평가, 유지관리, 개선 등의 프로세스를 확립해야 한다.
이랜드파크는 2019년부터 대표이사 직속의 리스크 예방 위원회를 신설하고 매월 운영하며 준법경영을 위해 힘써왔다. 2022년 1월에는 준법경영 문화 확산 및 정착을 위해 법무감사본부를 신설했다. 이후 임직원 준법경영가이드를 비롯한 내부규정을 개정하고, 준법윤리경영 협약식을 통해 준법경영을 선포했다. 리스크 사전 감지 및 예방시스템(바름지수) 강화를 실행하며 컴플라이언스 문화를 확산했다.
이 밖에도 임직원을 대상으로 ISO 37301 매뉴얼과 절차서를 발간하고 윤리경영 규범준수방침에 대한 교육을 진행해 임직원의 준법경영 인식을 높였다. 또한, 본사 및 호텔 및 리조트 등 3곳의 지점에서 내부 심사원을 선발해 각 부서의 의무 사항을 식별하고 이에 따라 리스크 예방 및 평가를 진행했다. 심사원은 부서별 리스크에 대한 모니터링을 정기적으로 진행하고 부적합사항에 대해 시정조치를 요구하는 등 준법경영시스템을 강화해왔다.
이랜드파크는 이번 인증을 통해 △공정거래 △인사노무 △안전보건 △관광진흥 △환경 △위생안전 △개인정보 △반부패·윤리경영 등 8개 분야의 준법 관리체계를 갖췄음을 인정받았다.
향후, 이랜드파크는 매년 외부 인증기관의 심사를 통해 법 규제와 표준 동향을 분석해 대응하고 리스크 개선 방안 등을 논의하며, 전담 조직을 확대 개편하고 기능별로 세분화해 전문성을 보다 강화할 계획이다.
