신임 박현철 대표이사는 1985년 롯데건설로 입사해 롯데정책본부 운영팀장과 롯데물산 대표이사를 역임하며 건설업과 그룹의 전략에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하고 있다. 롯데물산 재임 시절에는 롯데월드타워를 성공적으로 완공했다. 뛰어난 리스크 관리 및 사업구조 개편 역량으로 롯데건설의 새로운 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대하고 있다.
