【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=한국수력원자력(주) 한울원자력본부(본부장 박범수, 이하 한울본부)는 23일‘2022년도 겨울나기사랑의 김장 나누기 행사’를개최하고 울진지역 취약계층·복지시설에 6,822만 원 상당 김장김치 4,100포기 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이날 박범수 본부장, 손병복울진군수 등이 참석한 가운데 한울본부는 울진군새마을회, 이색 마을공동체기업인 흥부마을공동체와 함께 김장김치4,100포기를 직접 담그고, 울진군새마을회를 통해 울진군 10개읍·면 취약계층 1,000가구와 울진군노인요양원 등 15개 사회복지시설에 전달했다.
김장김치는 울진지역에서 생산된 식자재를 사용하여 농촌경제 활성화에도 톡톡히 이바지하였다.
손병복 울진군수는“한울본부가 매년 지역의 어려운 이웃들에게 지원을 아끼지 않아 고맙다”며, “앞으로도 취약계층이 매 겨울을 따뜻하게 보낼 수 있도록 김장 나누기 행사가지속되기를 바란다”며 감사를 표했다.
이에 박범수 본부장은“지역의 어려운 주민들과 사회복지시설들이 사랑으로 담근 김장김치로 올 겨울을 잘 이겨낼 수 있길 바란다”며, “시간이 갈수록 맛있게 익어가는 김치처럼 한울본부와 지역의 관계도 세월이 감에 따라 더욱 친밀하고 화합하길 소망한다”고 답했다.
한울본부는 앞으로도 다양한 사회공헌활동을 통해 꾸준히 이웃사랑을 실천할 예정이다.
