[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 박완수 경상남도지사가 내년도 국비확보를 위해 29일 추경호 경제부총리를 비롯해 국회 예산결산특별위원회를 방문했다.
2023년도 국회단계에 있는 국비 증액을 위한 건의사업 설명과 협조를 위한 자리로, 도지사 취임 이후 국비확보를 위해 세 번째 경제부총리와의 만남이다.
박 도지사는 국회 우원식 예결위원장, 이철규 예결위 간사와 정점식·김두관 예결위원, 김영선 의원을 연이어 만나, 지자체 민자도로 운영관리 효율화 방안과 원자력산업 종합지원센터 구축 등 사업 타당성을 설명하고, 국회 심의단계에서 국비 증액에서 반영될 수 있도록 협조를 요청했다.
경남도가 건의한 주요사업은 ▲ 국민부담 완화를 위한 지자체 민자도로 운영관리 효율화 방안 용역 5억 원 ▲ 지방관리무역항 국가전환 타당성검토 용역 2억 원 ▲ 친환경 선박 수리·개조 플랫폼 고도화 지원사업 6억 원 ▲ 첨단장비-로봇 디지털 제조혁신 지원사업 20억 원 ▲ 경남 원자력산업 종합지원센터 구축 5억 원 ▲ 전동화자동차 전략부품 지역상생 공급망 구축지원 10억 원 등이다.

박완수 도지사는 “내년 정부예산안의 증액심사가 진행 중인 시점에 부총리와 예결위 위원에게 주요 국비사업을 직접 건의했다”며 “기재부와 국회의 지원을 이끌어내 경남의 미래산업 육성과 도정현안 해결을 위한 국비가 증액될 수 있도록 끝까지 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
이어 박 도지사는 중기부 집무실에서 이영 중소벤처기업부장관을 직접 만나 ▲ G-스타트업 허브 조성 ▲ 초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트 지역 균형 지원 ▲ 전국 규모 창업 축제 지역 개최 지원 ▲ 소상공인 온라인 전환 지원을 위한 디지털커머스 전문기관 소담스퀘어 경남 설치 등을 건의했다.
박 도지사는 “창업지원기관이 분산되어 있는 경남도는 놀이와 문화, 주거를 동시에 할 수 있는 공간이 한데 조성되어야 한다”며 “향후 창업 지원을 비롯한 중기부 사업에 도민들이 많은 수혜를 입을 수 있도록 적극 검토해 줄 것”을 요청했다.
이에 이 장관은 “창업 인프라 구축은 경남이 계획하고 있는 청년 창업아카데미와 캠퍼스 혁신파크를 지원 검토하고, 초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트로 창업기업에 수혜가 있을 것”이라며 “중기부에서 추진하는 창업 축제를 경남과 연계해 검토하고, 소담스퀘어의 경남 설치도 신청 시 적극 검토할 것”이라고 화답했다.
