[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 6일 중소벤처기업진흥공단(이하 중진공)과 한국생산성본부, 한국산업기술시험원, 경남테크노파크와 함께 ‘경남 안보전략산업 육성을 통한 좋은 일자리 창출 업무협약’을 체결했다.
이날 협약식은 박완수 경상남도지사를 비롯해 김학도 중진공 이사장, 안완기 한국생산성본부 회장, 김세종 한국산업기술시험원장, 노충식 경남테크노파크 원장 등 기관장과 관계자 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.
이번 협약은 안보전략산업 분야별로 앵커기업과 중소기업의 협업체계를 구축하고, 좋은 일자리를 창출하기 위한 지속가능한 지역혁신 생태계를 조성할 수 있는 기반을 확립하는 데 협력하고자 마련됐다.
주요 협약사항은 중소벤처 기업과 전문가 자문을 통한 협력네트워크 구축·운영, 초기 기술개발부터 제품개발 등 기술사업화 지원 강화, 현지진출 유망기업 발굴과 수출 전문인력 양성 등 글로벌화 협업 지원 등이다.
각 기관은 안보전략산업의 유망한 중소벤처기업의 집중적인 육성을 통해 좋은 일자리를 창출하는 데 함께 힘을 모으기로 했다.
이번 협약으로 도에서는 기업지원과 안보전략산업의 정책 발굴에 노력하고, 중진공에서는 네트워크 운영과 정책자금, 기술사업화와 수출마케팅을 지원하기로 했다.
또, 한국생산성본부에서는 교육·컨설팅과 ESG 대응전략 수립에 노력하는 한편, 한국산업기술시험에서는 제품개선과 기술규제·인증획득에 지원하고, 경남테크노파크에서는 연구개발과 기술사업화, 마스터플랜 수립에 역할을 담당해 나가기로 했다.
박 도지사는 “항공우주, 방산, 원전산업은 경남의 비교우위 산업으로 집중 육성하고 있고, 정부에서 국정과제로 채택해 경남은 새로운 도약의 기회를 맞이했다”며 “기술력 강화가 좋은 일자리 창출로 이어지고, 긴밀한 협조체계를 구축해 미래 먹거리인 안보전략사업에서 좋은 성과가 나기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
한편, 이번 협약식에서는 ‘경남 안보전략산업 육성 네트워크’ 출범식도 함께 진행됐으며, 경남도와 각 기관은 안보전략산업의 육성기업을 발굴함으로써 기관별로 세부 추진방안을 공유하고, 프로젝트 추진계획을 확정하고자 지속적으로 협의해 나갈 계획이다.
