[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 6일 지방소멸위기 대응을 위한 상생협력 설명회를 개최했다.
이번 설명회는 지방소멸위기 대응을 위한 범 도민 공감대 확산과 도민이 공감할 수 있는 정책추진을 위한 견고한 협력체계를 구축하고자 마련됐다.
이 자리에는 도·시군 공무원, 도의회, 연구기관, 공기업, 대학 등 관계자 80여 명이 참석한 가운데 한국지방재정공제회 지역활력추진단장의 지방소멸대응기금 제도 설명 및 추진 방향에 대한 강의를 시작으로 지방소멸위기 대응을 위한 방안을 모색하는 토의가 진행됐다.
강의에서 류성수 지역활력추진단장은 “올해부터 배분되는 지방소멸대응기금의 효율적인 투자를 위해서는 지역의 인구변동과 특화산업의 분석을 통해 중·장기적 관점에서 인구 활력 제고 비전 수립 후 사업을 발굴해야 한다”고 말했다.
