세종시의회 남소연 주무관 ‘시립박물관 조례 연구’ KCI 등재

‘세종 시립박물관 조례 연구’ 논문이 KCI 등재지 '글로벌문화콘텐츠'에 실렸다.

7일 세종시의회에 따르면 시 의회 산업건설위원회 전문위원실 소속 남소연 주무관의 ‘공립박물관의 교육 문화 콘텐츠 활성화 방안 연구’ 학술 논문이 지난 30일에 발간된 KCI 등재지 '글로벌문화콘텐츠'에 실렸다고 전했다.

KCI 등재지는 한국연구재단에서 인정하는 공신력 있는 학술지다.한국연구재단은 1년마다 학술지를 평가해 KCI 등재지와 KCI 등재후보지, 일반학술지로 3개 등급을 부여한다.

남소연 주무관은 ‘공립박물관의 교육·문화 콘텐츠 활성화 방안 연구에서 '세종특별자치시 시립박물관 운영 조례'를 중심으로’라는 주제로 차별화된 공립박물관 교육·문화 프로그램 운영의 필요성과 제도적 근거가 되는 조례의 보완을 논문의 핵심 내용으로 담았다.

남 주무관은 “평소 일하면서 틈틈이 관심 분야에 대한 논문을 준비해왔는데 공신력 있는 학술지에 제 논문이 실려 기쁘고 뿌듯하다”며 “연구 학술 논문을 기반으로 지역 공립박물관이 지역의 역사성을 확장하고 다양한 교육·문화 콘텐츠를 제공하는 지역민들을 위한 공간으로서 그 정체성을 확보해 해갔으면 하는 바람”이라고 말했다.
