[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 창원시 각 분야 간부들과 창원상공회의소 분과위원장 등 지역 기업 대표들로 ‘창원경제협의체’를 구성하고 창원시청 의회대회의실에서 경제현안을 논의하는 첫 번째 자리를 가졌다고 8일 밝혔다.
창원경제협의체는 정례적으로 경제현안을 논의하고 현장의 목소리를 듣는 소통의 장으로서, 창원시 실·국장 및 노사·방위산업원전 특보와 창원상공회의소 각 분과위원장, 기업단체회장, 창원대표기업 등으로 구성되어 있다.
구성 후 첫 번째로 개최된 이 날 회의에서는 창원경제협의체에 대한 운영 및 세부사항을 설명하는 시간과 창원상공회의소에서 제안하는 협력사업에 대해 자유롭게 토론하는 시간으로 이루어졌다.
창원상공회의소는 ▲K-디펜스 페스티벌 제안 ▲청년살기 좋은도시를 위한 환경 강화 제안 ▲기업애로 및 규제해소 플랫폼 공동구축 ▲해외도시 교류 및 자매결연 공동 추진을 제안했고, 각 제안에 대한 참석자들의 다양한 의견이 제시되어, 시는 의견을 모두 종합하여 시정에 반영하기로 했다.
