충남지역 공동주택 재난안전 관리를 위한 토론회가 8일 열렸다.
충남도의회는 이날 천안 타운홀에서 ‘충청남도 공동주택 재난안전 관리방안 의정토론회’를 가졌다. 토론회에는 관련 전문가, 관계 공무원, 지역주민 등 40여 명이 참석했다.
토론회 좌장은 신한철 의원(천안2·국민의힘)이 맡았고, 김흥수 충남아파트공동체문화센터 센터장이 ‘충청남도 공동주택 재난안전 관리방안’을 주제로 도내의 공동주택 재난안전관리 발전 방향에 대해 발표했다.

또 배장환 도회장은 “현재 공동주택 관리 어려움 중 승강기 안전검사 기준강화로 설치 후 15년이 경과된 노후 승강기를 쓸 때 3년마다 정밀안전 검사를 통과해야 한다. 강화된 항목과 부품을 구하지 못하는 노후 승강기가 대규모로 교체 대상이 될 상황”이라고 지적했다.
