앞으로 세종시를 찾는 관광객과 방문객은 세종시에서 제공한 모바일 앱 하나로 다양한 서비스를 받을 것으로 보인다.
세종시는 8일 위치기반 스마트포털 ‘세종엔’ 앱 서비스를 공식 출시하고 운영에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.
8일부터 운영에 돌입한 모바일 앱 ‘세종엔’은 모바일 하나로 슬기롭고 똑똑한 세종생활을 누릴 수 있도록 안내자 역할을 톡톡히 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
특히 ‘세종엔’은 교통, 방범, 환경, 문화, 행정 등 86종의 도시 데이터를 수집하고 분석·가공해 시민에게 유익한 정보를 제공하는 앱으로, 세종시는 그동안 행정중심복합도시건설청과 시민이용 편의성과 접근성개선을 위해 지난해 5월부터 1년간 세종엔 고도화 개발에 매진해왔다.
이번 고도화 개발은 기존 웹서비스 형태로 제공하던 사용자인터페이스(UI)를 모바일 환경에 최적화된 앱(어플)으로 전환해 시민이용 편의성과 접근성을 개선했다.
