브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 전국민주노동조합총연맹(민주노총) 공공운수노조 화물연대가 9일 총파업을 철회하고 현장 복귀를 결정했다.
화물연대는 9일 오전 9시부터 전국 16개 지역본부에서 전 조합원을 대상으로 총파업 철회 여부에 대한 투표를 진행한 결과, 조합원 과반 이상이 파업 철회에 찬성표를 던졌다.
조합원 2만6144명 중 총 투표자 수는 3574명(13.67%)이며 이 중 2211명(61.82%)이 파업 종료에 찬성했다. 반대는 1343명(37.55%)에 무효표는 21명(0.58%)였다.
투표율이 13.67%로 저조한 것은 많은 조합원들이 이미 투쟁 동력을 잃고 파업 현장을 벗어나거나 업무로 복귀했기 때문으로 보인다.
이에 따라 안전운임제 일몰제 폐지와 품목 확대를 요구하며 파업에 들어간지 15일 만에 화물연대의 총파업은 종료됐다.
