[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] (주)부영주택은 창원시 진해구 진해화학 터를 지난 2003년 이후 20여년 동안 토양정화라는 명목으로 사업에 속도를 내지 않고 있다.
㈜부영주택은 30여년 동안 화학비료를 생산해온 진해화학 터 51만 4718㎡에 아파트를 짓기 위해, 지난 2003년 9월 668억원에 매입했다. 하지만 20년이 지난 지금 부지 가격은 5,000억 원 이상으로 뛰어올랐다.
