[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 양산시는 주남지구 청춘동행 활력센터와 북부지구 생활기반센터 등 2건에 대한 설계공모 심사위원회를 열어 청춘동행 활력UP! 매력UP! 역량UP 작품과 사이를 통한 커뮤니티 회복 작품을 당선작으로 각각 선정했다.
당선작은 심사위원들로부터 전체적인 배치계획, 동선계획, 조닝계획 등이 우수한 점, 독창적인 외부공간 계획 및 도시맥락과 부합하는 외관계획 등에서 좋은 평가를 받았다.
‘주남지구 청춘동행 활력센터’는 북카페, 교육센터, 경로당, 생활체육시설, 마을공동시설 등이 복합된 시설로서 주남동 607-3번지 일원에 기존 마을회관 철거 후 신축하는 사업으로 공사비는 약 60억원으로 지상 6층(연면적 2,086㎡) 규모로 건립될 계획이다.

‘북부지구 생활기반센터’는 경로당, 어린이집, 여성지원센터, 도시재생현장센터 등의 시설로서 북부동 320-3번지 일원에 공사비 약 41억원으로 지상 2층(연면적 1,352㎡) 규모로 건립될 계획이다.
양산시는 설계공모 심사 결과를 시 홈페이지에 공개했으며, 기본·실시설계 용역을 거쳐 2023년 하반기 착공, 2024년 하반기에 공사를 완료할 예정이다.
나동연 시장은 “도시재생사업을 통한 생활SOC 시설 건립을 통해 지역의 부족한 기초생활인프라시설(노인시설, 어린이시설, 작은도서관 등) 공급으로 주민의 불편을 해소하고 지역 소통 거점공간으로 활용될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
