충남교육청이 올해 적극행정 우수사례 12건을 선정하고 공직사회의 적극행정 풍토를 확산했다고 밝혔다.
충남교육청은 이번 적극행정 우수사례 선정을 위해 교육청에 접수된 적극행정 79건 가운데 1차 심사를 거친 후 '충청남도교육청 적극행정 지원위원회'의 심사 평가를 거쳐 최종 12건을 우수사례로 선정했다고 밝혔다.
이번 선정에서는 아산교육지원청이 신설학교 개교 전 부족 교실을 추가 확보하여 학생 안전사고와 학습권 피해를 예방하고, 시설비 예산 절감에 기여한 부분을 높게 평가받으면서 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다.
그 밖에 미래인재과의 ‘마주온을 통한 「충남형미래교육통합플랫폼」구축사업’ ,총무과의 ‘365일 비대면 맞춤형 민원 상담’ ,당진교육지원청의 ‘신설학교 교육환경평가 사후 관리에 따른 사업비 절감’이 높은 평가를 받았다.
충남교육청은 특히 우수사례 업무담당자 외에도 업무추진을 위해 협업한 공무원도 우수공무원으로 선정했다.
