28일 부동산 정보제공 업체 경제만랩에 따르면 국토교통부 실거래가 자료를 분석한 결과, 올해 1~12월 전국 아파트 월세 거래량 41만5445건 중 월세 100만원 이상은 8만812건으로 집계됐다.
전국 아파트 월세가 100만원 이상인 거래는 2017년 2만4015건, 2018년 2만4395건, 2019년 2만6051건, 2020년 3만2668건, 2021년 6만4712건으로 증가한 데 이어, 올해는 8만건을 넘어섰다. 올해 월세 100만원 이상인 아파트 거래는전년대비 24.8%나 증가했다.
