거창군, 중대재해처벌법 이행사항 점검

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 지난 3일 2022년 하반기 중대재해처벌법 의무 이행사항 점검을 완료했다고 4일 밝혔다.

이번 점검은 구인모 군수의 주재로 소속 근로자 안전보건 확보 사항과 중대재해 상황 발생 시 대응 체계, 사업장 내 유해·위험 요인, 중대시민재해 대상 시설 50개소 등을 집중 점검했다.

군은 이번 점검으로 산업재해 예방 선도도시로 발돋움하기 위해 도출된 미흡사항과 개선대책을 공유했으며 확고한 안전보건 관리체계 구축운영을 확인했다.

거창군은 작년 1월부터 중대재해 예방을 위한 전담 조직을 구성하고 안전보건 경영방침을 마련하는 등 안전보건 관리체계를 구축해 운용하고 있다.

구인모 거창군수는 “산업안전은 우리 군 사업장 근로자의 생명과 직결되는 만큼 현장점검을 강화해 중대재해 예방에 만전을 기하겠다”며 “앞으로 근로자 안전보건교육, 상시 점검체계의 구축, 자율예방 체계로 위험성평가의 강화 등 체계적이고 다양한 사업을 추진할 예정이다”고 말했다.
