브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차그룹이 설을 앞두고 납품대금 조기 지급과 온누리상품권 구매를 통해 상생활동에 나선다.
현대차그룹은 9일 보도자료를 통해 납품대금 2조3766억 원을 당초 지급일보다 앞당겨 설 연휴 전 지급할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 또한, 온누리상품권 약 95억 원을 구매해 그룹사 임직원에게 지급, 전통시장 활성화 등 내수 진작에 힘을 보탤 예정이다.
이번 납품대금 조기 지급은 △현대자동차 △기아 △현대모비스 △현대글로비스 △현대제철 △현대건설 △현대오토에버 △현대위아 △현대트랜시스 등에 부품 및 원자재, 소모품 등을 납품하는 6000여 개 협력사를 대상으로 진행된다.
협력사들은 현대자동차그룹으로부터 예정된 지급일보다 최대 27일 일찍 대금을 받을 수 있다.
현대차그룹은 고금리 기조 속 상여금 등 각종 임금과 원부자재 대금 등으로 협력사들의 자금 소요가 설 명절 일시적으로 집중되는 부담을 해소하는 데 납품대금 조기 지급이 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

작년 연말엔 높은 금리에 따른 협력사의 자금 부담을 줄이고자 현대차가 협력사에 납품대금 3531억 원을 조기 지급하기도 했다.
이 외에도 현대차그룹은 전통시장 활성화 등 내수 진작을 위해 설 연휴 전 온누리상품권 약 95억 원을 구매하기로 했다. 현대차그룹은 지난해 설과 추석에도 각각 74억 원, 280억 원의 온누리상품권을 구매한 바 있다.
