[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도의회 박진현 의원은 10일‘북한의 도발 규탄 및 방첩역량 강화 대책 촉구 결의안’을 건설소방위원회에 회부했다고 11일 밝혔다.
박 의원은 결의안에서 지난해부터 이어진 북한의 탄도미사일 발사와 무인 항공기의 대한민국 영공 침해 등 북한의 도발을 규탄하고, 방위산업 최대 집적지이자 항공우주산업 메카로서 경남도의 남다른 안보의식을 주문했다.
또, 제주간첩단 혐의 수사가 창원·진주로 확산하고 있는 가운데, 정부의 방첩역량을 강화할 특단의 대책 수립도 촉구했다.
박 의원은 “최근 일련의 북한 동향에 주목받고 있는 지역은 다름 아닌 경남”이라며 “경남은 국가지정방위산업체 84개 중 27개사가 위치한 명실공히 전국 최대 방산 집적지이므로 비단 안보 문제가 아니라 경제 문제임을 인식해, 다른 지역보다 더욱 투철한 안보태세를 갖춰야 한다”고 주장했다.
결의안에는 △자유민주적 질서와 평화를 위협하는 북한 도발을 규탄하고 △경남의 방위.항공우주 산업체 대상 안보교육.홍보 강화 △정부의 방첩역량 강화를 위한 대책 수립 촉구 등을 담았다.
한편, 이 결의안은 16일 건설소방위원회 심사를 거쳐 제401회 정례회 2차 본회의인 19일 상정될 예정이다.
