20일 SK에 따르면 최태원 회장은 지난 18일(현지시간) 스위스 다보스에서 알렉산다르 부치치(Aleksandar Vucic) 세르비아 대통령과 만나 한국과 세르비아간 긴밀한 경제협력이 필요하다는데 의견을 같이하고 향후 협력 분야에 대해 논의했다.
대한상의 회장을 겸하고 있는 최 회장은 이날 SK 차원의 협력을 넘어 한국 기업들의 글로벌 공급망을 활용한 한국-세르비아간 경제협력 방안을 논의하는 데 집중했다.
최 회장은 “한국은 전기차, 배터리 등 분야에서 글로벌 공급망을 갖추고 있고, 디지털 전환과 그린 에너지, 바이오 등에 강점을 갖고 있어 세르비아와 다양한 분야에서 협력이 가능하다”고 강조했다.
