충남교육청이 2023년 3월 1일자로 유ㆍ초ㆍ중등 교(원)장, 교(원)감, 교육전문직원 인사발령을 발표했다.
이는 신학년 학교업무 최적화와 학교교육과정의 안정적 운영을 지원하기 위한 것이라는 게 교육청 관계자의 설명이다.
사 규모는 유·초등 260명(교(원)장 125명, 교(원)감 75명, 교육전문직원 60명), 중등 159명(교장 56명, 교감 51명, 교육전문직원 52명)이다.
교육지원청 교육장으로는 보령교육지원청 백정현 교육장, 금산교육지원청 이법연 교육장, 홍성교육지원청 이정순 교육장, 예산교육지원청 김종하 교육장, 태안교육지원청 윤여준 교육장을 임명했다. 직속기관장은 교육연수원 김준태 원장, 과학교육원 김병갑 원장을 각각 임용했다.
도 교육청 관게자는 “2023년은 충남교육이 혁신미래교육의 첫발을 내딛는 중요한 시점이다. 충남미래교육 2030을 더욱 내실있고 풍부하게 펼쳐갈 수 있도록 현장을 지원할 수 있는 교육전문직원을 적소에 배치하고, 배움이 즐거운 행복교육을 실현할 수 있는 교원인사를 반영하도록 노력했다”고 설명했다.
한편 ,도교육청은 예년보다 앞당긴 인사발령으로 각급학교에서 ‘2월 교육과정 함께 만들기 주간’과 ‘3월 교육과정 몰입의 달’ 운영이 내실있게 정착될 수 있도록 지원했다.
