브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이재명 더불어민주당 대표가 10일 '대장동·위례 특혜 개발 의혹'에 대한 2차 조사를 받기 위해 서울중앙지검 청사를 다시 찾았다.
이재명 대표는 당초 검찰이 출석을 통보한 11시보다 조금 늦은 오전 11시23분경 서울중앙지검 청사 앞에 모습을 드러냈다.
이 대표는 기다리고 있던 취재진들 앞에서 준비해온 입장문을 읽어 내려갔다.
그는 "거짓의 화살을 피하지 않고 진실의 방패를 굳게 믿겠다"며 "권력이 없다고 죄를 만들고 권력이 있다고 있는 죄도 덮는 '유검무죄 무검유죄'의 검사독재정권에 결연히 맞서겠다"고 밝혔다.
이어 그는 "밤을 지나지 않고 새벽에 이를 수 없다. 유난히 깊고 긴 밤을 지나는 지금 이 순간, 동트는 새벽이 반드시 올 것을 믿겠다"면서 "윤석열 정부가 손놓은 민생을 챙기고, 퇴행하는 민주주의를 지키고, 전쟁의 위험에서 평화를 지키겠다. 주어진 소명과 역할에 조금의 소홀함도 없이 일각일초 허비하지 않고 혼신의 힘을 다하겠다"고 강조했다.
이 대표는 특히 "이게 나라냐는 의문이 들고 있다"면서 "민생에 무심한 정권이 정치검찰을 총동원해 정적 죽이기, 전 정권 지우기 칼춤을 추는 동안 국민들의 곳곳에서 곡소리가 늘어나고 있다"고 비판했다.
그는 검찰을 향해서도 "곽상도 전 검사의 50억 뇌물 의혹이 무죄라는데 어떤 국민이 납득하겠나"라며 "이재명을 잡아보겠다고 쏟는 수사력의 10분의 1만이라도 50억 클럽 수사에 쏟아 넣었다면 이런 결과는 결코 없었을 것이다. 어떤 청년은 주 150시간을 노예처럼 일해도 먹고 살기조차 팍팍한데, 고관대작의 아들 사회초년생은 퇴직금으로 50억원을 챙긴다"고 꼬집었다.

이재명 대표는 자신을 둘러싼 의혹에 대해서도 결백함을 주장했다.
그는 "첫 번째 소환으로 세상을 떠들썩하게 했던 성남FC 사건은 아직까지 뚜렷한 증거 하나 제시하지 못하고 있다. 두 번째 소환 이후에도 검찰에 조종되는 궁박한 처지에 빠진 이들의 번복된 진술 말고 대체 증거 하나 찾아낸 게 있나"라며 "김성태 전 회장만 송환되면 이재명은 끝장날 것이라며 변호사비 대납 의혹을 마구 부풀렸는데, 김 전 회장이 구속됐는데도 의혹은 흔적 없이 사라졌다"고 지적했다.
