[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 신혼부부의 주거비 부담을 줄이고 안정적인 정착을 지원하기 위해 ‘2023년 신혼부부 전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’ 대상자를 모집한다고 14일 밝혔다.
신청자격은 공고일인 현재 창원시에 주소를 둔 무주택 신혼부부(혼인신고일 기준 7년 이내)로, 기준중위소득 180%이하로 전세자금 대출잔액의 1.2퍼센트 이내 최대 100만원까지 지원한다. 단 자녀가 있는 가정은 자녀 1명당 지원금에서 20퍼센트를 가산하여 최대 150만원까지 받을 수 있다.
