대전시가 도로정비 평가에서 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다.
15일 대전시에 따르면 시는 국토교통부가 지난해 실시한 평가에서 도로 및 구조물 보수, 월동대책 등 대부분 항목에서 높은 점수를 얻었다.
특히 교통약자를 위한 안전시설과 도로환경정비 분야를 우수사례로 인정받았다.
대전시 고현덕 교통건설국장은 “민선 8기에 들어서 시정 비전에 맞춰 안전하고 쾌적한 도로환경 조성을 위해 노력한 성과”라며, “앞으로도 시민의 안전과 편의를 최우선으로 하여 명품 도로기반 구축에 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.
