브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 포럼 새로운 미래를 준비하는 모임(새미준)과 직능경제인단체총연합회는 17일 오전 공군회관 호텔에서 김기현 국민의힘 당대표 후보에 대한 지지 선언을 가졌다.
이날 행사는 이영수 새미준 회장, 홍석준 의원, 최승재 의원 등과 신상호 직능경제인단체총연합회 총회장 등 직능단체회장단(대표) 100여명이 참석해 김기현 당대표 후보를 지지하며 승리기반 구축에 기여하겠다는 뜻을 밝혔다.

김기현 후보는 이 자리에서 "새미준과 직능경제인단체총연합회 지지에 감사드리며 노동개혁을 중심으로 3대 개혁을 완수해 나가겠다"면서 "소상공인, 자영업 발전을 위해 최선을 다하겠다. 민간경제, 시장경제 활성화를 위해 노력해 나가겠다"고 강조했다.
신상호 총회장은 "중소상공인, 자영업 등 모든 직능분야의 어려운 사정을 이해하고, 과감한 정책으로 1천만직능인의 권익을 위해 우리 직능인은 적극적으로 김기현 당대표 후보를 지지하며 성원하겠다"고 했다.
이정만 새미준 공동직능위원장은 "윤석열 정부의 국정을 뒷받침하며 국민을 통합하고 부강한 대한민국을 건설하는데 크게 기여 할 것을 믿는다"며 "김기현 후보의 당선을 위해 힘차게 응원 하겠다"고 말했다.
한편 이날 지지선언에는 새미준과 직능경제인단체총연합회를 중심으로 한국이용사회중앙회, 한국휴게음식업중앙회, 한국경비협회, 전국보일러설비협회, 한국방역협회, 코로나피해자영업총연합 등 100여개 단체가 참여했다.
