세종교육청이 교육공무직원 및 특수운영직군 종사자에 대한 정기 인사를 17일 발표했다.
3월 1일자로 단행한 인사 규모를 보면 교무행정사, 조리실무사 등 23개 직종에 대해 전보 264명, 휴직·복직·퇴직 122명, 신규배치 159명 등 총 545명이다.
학교 현장 지원을 위해 2023년 제1회 교육공무직원 및 특수운영직군 종사자 공개경쟁 선발에 최종 합격한 간호사 등 12개 직종에 159명을 새롭게 배치했다.
이번 인사는 지난해 마련한 전보점수제와 올해 새로 도입한 인사고충심사위원회를 통해 공정성 확보와 개인의 사기 진작, 조직의 효율적 관리를 도모했다는 것이 교육청의 설명이다.
이현재 교육복지과장은 “이번 인사발령은 신설되는 기관과 퇴직 등 결원인력 충원 및 순환·희망 전보 등을 고려해 인사관리 원칙에 따라 배치했다”라고 말했다.
한편, 세종교육청은 오는 23일 세종교육원에서 신규 임용자 159명을 대상으로 ‘신규임용예정자 교육과정’ 연수를 실시할 예정이다.
