오태완 군수와 간부들은 20일 2024년 국도비 예산확보 전략보고회를 열고 국도비 확보를 위해 머리를 맞댔다.
특히 군은 올해 처음으로 예산 5000억 시대를 열면서 22년 적극적인 국도비 공모사업 유치로 확보한 농촌공간 정비 등의 사업들이 예산 오천억 시대의 마중물 역할을 했다고 보고 올해는 더욱 목표치를 늘리기로 했다.
2024년도에는 올해보다 국·도비 98억 원 증가한 1,138억 원을 확보하기로 구체적 목표를 정했다.
각 부서에서 발굴된 주요 신규·계속 사업으로는 ▲농촌협약 공모사업 ▲노후 상수관로 정비사업 ▲농공단지 복합문화센터 건립사업 ▲치유농업 팜핑장 조성사업 ▲한우산 별천지마을 조성사업 등 총 79건의 국·도비 사업을 추진할 예정이다.
특히 이날 보고회에서는 서동행정타운 조성과 맞물려 주민 삶의 질을 높이는 사업에 대한 활발한 토론이 이어졌다. 참석자들은 완성도 높은 서동행정타운 조성을 위한 세부 사업들을 하나씩 챙겨나가는 동시에 전략적 국도비 예산확보에도 총력을 기울이기로 의견을 모았다.
