세종교육공무직원 '신규임용예정자 연수’가 23일 실시했다.
세종교육청교육원(이하 세종교육원)은 이날 1층 대강당에서 교육공무직원 공개경쟁 채용시험 최종 합격자 159명을 대상으로 ‘2023년 교육공무직원 신규임용예정자 연수’를 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이날 연수는 학교문화의 이해 ,교육공무직원 노동조합의 이해 ,교육공무직원 급여 및 복무의 이해 ,업무포털시스템의 이해 및 활용 ,긍정적 관계를 위한 소통의 기술 등으로 진행됐다.
특히, 교육공무직원으로서 알아야 할 기본 내용과 학교현장에 바로 적응할 수 있도록 직무 관련 소양을 함양할 수 있는 내용으로 운영됐다.
이승표 원장은 “이번 연수가 신규 교육공무직원들이 낯선 환경에 적응하는 데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”라고 말했다.
