세종시가 ‘청년 주택 임차보증금 이자지원사업’을 추진한다.
세종시는 높은 주거비로 경제적인 부담을 겪고 있는 청년들을 돕기 위해 이자지원사업 추진에 나서고, 그 대상은 만19～39세 이하 무주택 청년가구에게 최대 7000만 원까지 보증금을 빌려주고, 시에서 대출이자 중 4.1%를 지원한다고 밝혔다.
세종시가 추진하는 이자지원 대상에 선정된 청년들은 2년 만기 일시상환 조건으로 최장 6년(2회 연장 가능)까지 혜택을 볼 수 있고, 해당 청년들은 세종시에서 지원하는 대출이자 중 4.1%를 뺀 나머지 이자를 부담하면 된다.
이자 지원을 받으려면 공고일 기준 세종시에 주민등록을 두거나, 전입 예정인 청년 가구가 대상이 되며 기존 만 19∼34세 이하에서 만 19∼39세 이하로 대상을 확대하고, 신혼부부 소득기준도 6000만 원 이하에서 7000만 원 이하로 확대했으며, 직업제한도 폐지했다.
신청은 오는 27일부터 31일까지다.
