브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대카드∙현대커머셜은 ‘2023 인턴십(Internship)’을 실시한다고 15일 밝혔다.
현대카드∙현대커머셜이 신입사원 모집을 위해 실시하는 인턴십 프로그램이다. 인턴십 합격자들은 오는 5월부터 3주 간 현대카드∙현대커머셜에서 근무하게 되며, 이 기간 동안 수행한 업무 능력과 일 등을 바탕으로 최종 입사 여부를 결정한다.
이번 인턴십에서는 마케팅∙영업, 리스크, Collection, 경영지원∙경영관리, 브랜드 등 현대카드의 다양한 직무 분야를 대상으로 40여명의 인턴을 선발할 계획이다.
모집 기간은 오는 20일까지이며, 국내외 대학 졸업자 및 2023년 8월 또는 2024년 2월 졸업예정자로서 국내 취업 및 해외 출장에 결격사유가 없으면(남자의 경우 병역필 혹은 면제자) 누구나 지원할 수 있다.
단, 서류 마감일을 기준으로 유효한 영어 스피킹(TOEIC Speaking 또는 OPIC) 성적 보유자에 한한다. 서류 전형을 통과하면 이후 인적성검사를 진행하며 면접을 거쳐 최종 합격자가 결정된다.
인턴십 기간은 5월 15일부터 6월 2일까지이다. 합격자들은 일주일 간의 오리엔테이션을 비롯해 두 개의 부서에서 각 1주일간 근무하게 된다.
올해 인턴십은 지원자가 두 개의 부서를 경험하는 기존 인턴십의 장점은 살리고, 전체적인 전형 일정을 짧게 줄여 정규직 전환까지 상반기 내 모두 완료될 수 있도록 전형 프로세스를 개선한 점이 특징이다.
현대카드∙현대커머셜은 회사에 지원하는 과정에서 인턴들이 경험하는 정보의 불균형을 없애고 자신의 적성에 맞는 직무를 선택할 수 있게 하는 것이 현대카드 인턴십의 차별화 포인트라고 설명했다.
