지원대상자는 전국아동양육시설(공동생활가정 및 쉼터 포함) 및 가정위탁 보호가 종료된 만 18세~25세의 비진학 자립준비 청년이다. ‘자립준비청년’이란 법적으로 만 18세가 돼 아동양육시설에서 지내던 청소년들이 보호시설을 떠나 스스로 자립해야 하는 청년들을 의미한다.
이번 모집을 통해 대상자로 선발된 자립준비청년들에게는 1인당 최대 600만 원의 진로지원금을 비롯해 다양한 자립역량강화 프로그램 및 네트워크 활동을 제공할 예정이다.
