충남도가 지역 건설업체의 경쟁력 강화와 수주 활성화 지원에 나선다.
이를 위해 충남도는 도 내에서 시행 중인 사업비 300억 원 이상 대규모 건설공사에 지역업체의 참여를 지원한다고 20일 밝혔다.
충남도의 올해 공사비 300억 원 이상 대형 건설사업은 총 155건에 사업비로는 13조 2773억 원으로 추정된다.
충남도는 올해 155건의 공종별 건설공사는 공동주택 112건(8조 3118억 원) ,도시산단 조성 10건(5014억 원) ,플랜트 설비 9건(1조 8785억 원) ,기타 토목건축24건(2조 5854억 원)이라고 밝혔다.
한편 충남도는 현재 진행 중인 대형공사 가운데 지역업체가 수주한 도급액은 3248억 원으로 전체 도급액의 2.4%에 불과하고 지역 하도급액은 5056억 원으로 전체 하도급액의 17.6% 수준으로 파악된다고 밝혔다.
앞으로 충남도는 대형사업들에 대한 지역업체 수주 현황을 관리하고, 지역업체의 하도급 참여가 확대될 수 있도록 지원 정책을 추진해 올해 지역업체 하도급 참여율을 35%까지 끌어올린다는 계획이다.
이를 위해 충남도는 전국 최초로 도지사가 인증하는 지역 우수기업인 ‘충청남도 신뢰 건설기업’의 자격 기준을 전년 대비 강화해 선정하고 사업 시행사 및 건설 현장 등에 역량 있는 우수한 지역업체를 홍보하고, 공동주택 건설사업에 대해 지역업체 참여 비율에 따라 용적률을 상향시켜주는 혜택을 제공해 지역 건설업체의 수주율을 높일 방침이다.
