브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부는 23일부터 16개 시·도에서 2023년도 청년·신혼부부 매입임대주택 1차 입주자 모집을 시작한다고 밝혔다
이번 모집은 청년 2020호, 신혼부부 3755호로 총 5775호 규모이며, 신청자를 대상으로 한 자격검증 등을 거쳐 이르면 올 6월초부터 입주할 수 있다.
청년 매입임대주택은 취업준비·직주근접 등을 위해 이사가 잦은 청년의 주거 특성을 고려, 풀옵션(에어컨·냉장고·세탁기 등)으로 공급한다. 시세의 40~50% 수준의 저렴한 임대료로 최대 6년간 거주할 수 있다.
무주택자인 미혼 청년(19~39세)이 대상이며, 소득수준에 따라 입주순위가 결정된다.
신혼부부 매입임대주택은 다가구 주택 등에서 시세 30~40%로 거주할 수 있는 Ⅰ유형(2055호)과 아파트·오피스텔 등에서 시세 60~80%로 거주할 수 있는 Ⅱ유형(1700호)으로 공급된다.
신혼부부 매입임대주택은 결혼 7년 이내의 신혼부부와 예비신혼부부, 만 6세 이하 자녀를 양육하는 가구가 신청할 수 있다. 추가적으로 자격요건을 갖춘 일반 혼인가구도 일부유형(신혼Ⅱ)에 신청할 수 있다.
국토부 주거복지지원과 이중기 과장은 “올해에도 LH, 지자체 등 관련기관과 적극 협조해 도심 내 좋은 입지에 신축 위주의 매입임대주택을 적극 공급할 예정”이라며 “주거비 걱정이 큰 젊은 층의 주거부담을 덜어줄 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
