CJ는 27일부터 CJ제일제당, CJ대한통운, CJ ENM, CJ올리브영 등 주요 계열사에서 식품·바이오·FNT(Food Nutrition&Tech)·물류·건설·커머스 등 사업 부문별로 상반기 신입사원 채용 서류접수를 시작한다고 밝혔다.
서류전형 합격자들은 직무 테스트와 면접(1차·2차) 등 계열사별 맞춤형 전형을 거쳐 7월경 입사하게 된다.
지원자들은 모집 계열사 중 1곳에만 지원할 수 있으며, 사업분야와 직무에 따라 채용절차가 상이하므로 CJ그룹 채용 홈페이지 및 모바일에 나와있는 모집공고를 잘 확인해야 한다.
CJ그룹 관계자는 “지난해 코로나 이후 최대 규모의 신입사원 채용을 진행한 데 이어 올해도 청년 일자리 창출 및 그룹 미래인재 확보 차원에서 연간 세 자릿수 규모 채용에 나설 계획이다”고 말했다.
