울진군, 민선8기 주요 현안 및 공약사항 점검회의 개최

【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군(군수 손병복)은 지난 5일 군청 중회의실에서 손병복 울진군수 주재로 민선 8기 주요 현안 및 공약사항 점검회의를 개최했다고 6일 밝혔다.

이번 회의는 부군수, 국장, 관·실장, 현안 및 공약사항 담당 부서장, 팀장 등이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.

특히 원자력 핵심사업 개발단지 조성, 지역형 특성화 대학 유치, 밭농업의 규모화 및 단지화 유도방안 등 3개 주요 사업을 대상으로 이행상황, 문제점 및 향후대책 등을 점검하고 효율적인 추진방안을 모색했다.

손병복 울진군수는“원자력 핵심사업 개발단지 조성은 해당 분야 전문가를 활용하고 중앙정부의 정책방향과 정보를 파악한 후 대응책을 수립해 사업을 추진해야한다”고 말했다.

이어 “지역형 특성화 대학 유치는 대학측이 원하는 조건과 울진군이 요구하는 사항에 대한 충분한 논의가 있어야한다”고 덧붙였다.

마지막으로 “밭농사의 규모화 및 단지화 유도방안에 대해서는 사업에 대한 목적이 있고 효과가 있으면 주민들이 참여하여 주민 소득 증대와 삶의 질이 향상 될 수 있는 방법”이라고 강조했다.

아울러“공무원은 사명감으로 일을 해야 하며 이를 통해 군민으로부터 존경받을 수 있고 공무원 개인의 자긍심도 키울 수 있다”라고 말했다.
