경북도민체육대회 자원봉사의 힘으로

군에 따르면 이번 발대식에는 도민체전의 원활한 진행을 위해 지원한 자원봉사자 300여 명이 참여한 가운데 식전공연, 결의문 낭독, 성공기원을 위한 퍼포먼스, 자원봉사자 소양교육, 자원봉사현장 유의사항 안내 등으로 진행했다.

제61회 경북도민체육대회 자원봉사자는 4월 20일 개막부터 24일 폐막까지 울진 전역 31개 경기장에서 개·폐회식 행사지원, 경기장 안내, 경기 운영지원, 선수단 환영, 질서유지 등 다양한 분야에서 연인원 610명의 자원봉사자가 활동할 예정이다.

장태윤 울진군종합자원봉사센터장은“이번 경북도민체전은 12년 만에 울진에서 다시 열리는 대회로 천혜의 자연을 자랑하는 울진을 널리 알릴 수 있는 좋은 계기가 될 것이라 기대한다”며“자원봉사자들의 적극적인 협조로 도민체전이 성공체전이 되도록 최선을 다해 줄 것을 당부한다”라고 전했다.

손병복 울진군수는“이번 도민체전은 군부 최초로 2번째 개최하는데 큰 의미가 있으며, 더불어 수소산단 유치로 우리군 번영의 시작점에 개최된다는 점에서 더욱 중요한 의미를 갖는 대회다”며“자원봉사자의 힘과 역량으로 이번 대회를 성공적으로 치룰 수 있도록 적극적인 활동을 기대한다”라고 참여자들을 격려했다.
