울진마린CC 위수탁계약 해지 처분 취소 행정심판 청구 기각

12일 울진군에 따르면 군은 지난 2021년 4월 26일 ㈜비앤지와 울진마린CC 골프장 위·수탁운영 계약을 체결했으나, 수탁업체(주)비앤지의 계약 미이행으로 민간위탁관리위원회에 계약해지 건을 상정하여 가결됨에 따라 2023년 2월 7일 계약해지를 통보했다.

이에 수탁업체(주)비앤지는 지난 2월 17일 계약해지 처분 취소 및 집행정지 신청을 구하는 행정심판을 경북도에 청구하였고, 경북도 행정심판위원회에서 3월 27일 심리를 진행하였다.

이어 지난 4월 10일 울진군은 경북도 행정심판위원회로부터‘계약해지는 합당하며 행정절차는 문제가 없음’으로 위수탁계약 해지 처분 취소 행정심판 청구가 기각되었음을 통보 받았다.

군은 이번 결과에 따라 임시영업 기간 중 발생한 지출에 대해서는 운영 위원회를 개최하여 정산 관련 사항을 명확히 할 예정이며, 이외의 모든 법적 사항을 면밀히 검토하고 울진마린CC가 정상 운영 될 수 있도록 후속조치 진행에 속도를 낼 예정이다.
