브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 친환경성과 실용성을 두루 갖춘 SUV ‘디 올 뉴 코나 일렉트릭(The All New Kona Electric, 코나 일렉트릭)’을 13일 출시한다고 밝혔다.
코나 일렉트릭은 64.8kWh 배터리를 장착, 국내 산업부 인증 기준으로 417km에 달하는 동급 최고 수준의 1회 충전 주행가능거리(롱레인지, 17인치 휠 적용 기준)를 갖췄다.
현대차는 신형 코나에 전기차 모델을 먼저 디자인하는 새로운 방식을 적용해 독특한 기존 코나의 디자인을 이어받으면서도 더욱 강인하고 미래지향적인 디자인을 구현했다. 특히, 동급 SUV 대비 우수한 0.27의 공력계수(Cd)와 동급 최대 1회 충전 주행가능거리 달성을 가능하게 했다.

코나 일렉트릭의 판매 가격은 스탠다드 모델 프리미엄 4654만원이며, 롱레인지 모델 프리미엄 4968만원, 인스퍼레이션 5323만원이다. 전기차 세제 혜택 전, 개별소비세 3.5% 기준이며, 환경 친화적 자동차 인증 후 세제 혜택이 적용된 가격은 추후 공개할 예정이다.
