김태흠 충남도지사가 도지사에게 부여된 결재 권한 절반 가까이를 부지사와 실·국·원·본부장에게 넘기고 핵심연안에 집중한다고 밝혔다.

김 지사는 지난해 취임 이후 연 민선8기 첫 실국원장회의를 통해 “양 부지사는 총리이고, 실·국·원·본부장은 한 부처의 장관이라고 생각하고 도정에 임해달라”고 밝힌 바 있다.
지난 2월 연 실국원장 회의를 통해서는 “부지사와 실·국·원·본부장이 권한을 갖고 책임성 있게 주요 정책을 적극적으로 추진할 수 있도록 제도적·정책적 권한을 대폭 위임하겠다. 모든 책임은 도지사가 지겠다”라고 강조했다.
