주택담보대출 특판은 지난 2월에 이어 금리 할인 혜택 형식으로 진행된다. 생애최초 주택 구입 고객과 기존 1년 이상 카카오뱅크 전월세보증금 대출을 이용한 고객을 대상으로 각각 0.2%p의 금리 감면 혜택이 주어진다.
비거치 시에는 0.3%p의 혜택이 추가로 적용돼 최초 예상금리 대비 최대 0.7%p의 금리 할인을 적용받을 수 있다. 이번 특판과는 별개로 타행 대환 고객에게 제공되는 최대 0.6%p의 기존 금리 할인 혜택도 유지할 계획이다.
최대 금리 할인이 적용되면 혼합금리 기준 최저 연 3.57%의 금리가 적용된다. 단, 특판 한도 소진 시에는 조기 종료될 수 있다.
