세종교육청이 25일 청사 2층 대강당에서 지역내 초등학교 통합학급 담당 교사를 대상으로 ' 담당 교사 역량 강화 연수’를 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이날 연수는 ‘모두를 위한 통합교육을 그리다’의 저자 송명숙 강사가 ▲교실 속 특수교육 대상 학생의 행동 이해와 지도 방법 ▲협력 교수를 통한 통합교육 운영 사례 나눔이라는 주제로 강연을 진행했다.
연수는 참석자들이 다양한 사례와 함께 교실 속에서 발생하는 특수교육 대상 학생의 행동을 이해하고 실제 학교 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 행동 지도 방법을 배웠다.
또, 협력 교수를 통한 통합교육 운영 사례를 나누며 특수교육 대상 학생의 행동을 이해하고 통합교육 운영의 전문성을 강화하는 계기가 되었다.
연수에 참여한 한 교사는 “교사 상호 간 다양한 사례를 공유하고 통합교육 상황에서 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 지도 방법을 고민해볼 수 있는 시간이었다”라고 말했다.
김영기 유초등교육과장은 “우리 교육청은 앞으로도 특수교육 대상 학생들의 효과적인 통합교육을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고, 통합학급 담당교사를 지원할 수 있는 연수를 마련하도록 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
