2023년 3월 수도권 시도별 산업활동동향

전년동기대비 광공업 생산지수 서울.경기 감소 인천 증가, 대형소매점 판매액 서울.인천.경기 각 감소, 전년동월대비 건설수주액 서울.인천.경기 각감소

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자)  경인지방통계청이 28일 2023년 3월 수도권 시도별 산업활동동향을 발표했다.


자료에 따르면, 2023년 3월 서울 광공업 생산지수는 102.8(2020=100.0)로  전년동월대비 19.2%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 15.3% 각 감소됐다.
  

생산자제품 출하지수는 102.7(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 12.9%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 11.7%  각 감소됐다.
 

생산자제품 재고지수는 97.4(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 6.3%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 6.3% 각 감소됐다.


재고율은 103.9%로 전월대비 9.8%p 하락됐다.


2023년 3월 인천 광공업 생산지수는 117.2(2020=100.0)로  전년동월대비 5.9%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 4.1% 각 증가했다.
  

생산자제품 출하지수는 117.1(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 8.3%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 3.3% 각 증가했다.
 

생산자제품 재고지수는 136.0(2020=100.0)으로 전년동월대비 53.8%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 53.8% 각 증가했다.


재고율은 119.9%로 전월대비 8.1%p 하락됐다.


2023년 3월 경기 광공업 생산지수는 105.2(2020=100.0)로  전년동월대비 20.7%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 23.4% 각 감소됐다.
  

생산자제품 출하지수는 106.9(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 13.1%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 16.4%  각 감소됐다.
 

생산자제품 재고지수는 136.5(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 19.4%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 19.4% 각 증가했다.

 
재고율은 137.2%로 전월대비 11.8%p 하락됐다.


대형소매점 판매동향을 살펴보면, 2023년 3월 서울 대형소매점 판매액지수는 122.6으로 전년동월대비 2.5% 증가한 반면, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 0.3% 감소했다.
 

백화점은 전년동월대비 5.7%, 전년동기대비 0.5% 각 증가한 반면, 대형마트는 전년동월대비 4.4%, 전년동기대비 1.4% 각 감소됐다.


2023년 3월 인천 대형소매점 판매액지수는 102.8로 전년동월대비 0.7%, 1/4분기 전년동기대비 1.0% 각 감소됐다.


대형마트는 전년동월대비 3.3%, 전년동기대비 2.1% 각 감소됐다.


2023년 3월 경기 대형소매점 판매액지수는 107.4로전년동월대비 2.2% 증가한 반면,  1/4분기 전년동기대비 1.1% 감소됐다.
 

백화점은 전년동월대비 7.1%, 전년동기대비 2.1% 각 증가한 반면, 대형마트는 전년동월대비 0.5%, 전년동기대비 2.9% 각 감소됐다.


건설수주동향을 살펴보면, 2023년 3월 서울 건설수주액은 1조 3,271억원으로 전년동월대비 8.4% 감소됐다.
 

공공부문는 공장·창고, 관공서, 상·하수도 등의 수주 감소로 전년동월대비 14.8% 감소됐으며 민간부문 또한 신규주택, 재개발주택, 사무실 등의 수주 감소로 전년동월대비 8.0% 감소됐다.
 

공종별로는 전년동월대비 건축부문은 10.9% 감소한 반면, 토목부문은 82.5% 증가했다.


1/4분기에는 전년동기대비 45.9% 감소됐다.


2023년 3월 인천 건설수주액은 2,240억원으로 전년동월대비 75.7% 감소됐다.


공공부문은 신규주택, 토지조성, 도로·교량 등의 수주 감소로 전년동월대비 65.5% 감소됐으며 민간부문 또한 사무실, 재개발주택, 신규주택 등의 수주 감소로 전년동월대비 79.4% 감소됐다.
 

공종별로는  전년동월대비 건축부문은 76.9%, 토목부문은 67.1% 각 감소됐다.


1/4분기에는 전년동기대비 68.1% 감소됐다.


2023년 3월 경기 건설수주액은 4조 1,153억원으로 전년동월대비 40.3% 감소됐다.


공공부문은 신규주택, 철도·궤도, 기계설치 등의 수주 감소로 전년동월대비 28.2% 감소됐으며 민간부문 또한 숙박시설, 신규주택, 재건축주택 등의 수주 감소로 전년동월대비 42.0% 감소됐다.
 

공종별로는 전년동월대비 건축부문은 41.7%, 토목부문은 31.8% 감소됐다.


1/4분기에는 전년동기대비 15.4% 감소됐다.
