이날 임시회 제1차 본의회에서 5분 자유발언으로 이갑균 의원은 방치되고 있는 관정으로 인한 지하수 오염 방지를 위해 ‘지하수 관리 및 관정 실태와 대책마련’을 제안했고, 김상호 의원은 ‘도잠서원 및 도화원조성사업’을 타 시설과 차별화되고 자연친화적인 시설로 조성할 것을 제안했다.
