영덕군-대구한의대, 세대통합지원센터 발대식 개최

영덕군에 따르면 세대통합지원센터는 지난 2월 체결된 영덕군과 대구한의대학교 상호협력 업무협약의 내용에 따라 관·학 협력을 통한 지역 공동체 활성화, 청년 육성 및 유입, 일자리 창출 등을 실현하기 위해 설립됐다.

이에 대구한의대학교는 영덕군과 연계한 생활 인구형 학기(기린도전학기)의 비교과 및 교과과정 운영을 준비하고 있으며, 올해 대학원과정으로 해양교육문화특성화학과를 신설해 영덕군의 해양자원을 활용한 다양한 교육과정들을 계획 중에 있다.

이를 바탕으로 영덕군은 이웃사촌마을 조성사업의 일자리, 공동체 활성화, 청년 유입 사업 등과 연계 추진할 계획이며, 다양한 프로그램을 통해 유입되는 대학생과 청년들이 지역에 정착할 수 있도록 행정적·재정적 지원을 이어갈 방침이다.
