브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설·GS건설·롯데건설 컨소시엄이 오는 19일 ‘인덕원 퍼스비엘’ 견본주택을 개관한다고 밝혔다.
인덕원 퍼스비엘은 경기도 의왕시 내손동 일원에 지하 4층 ~ 지상 34층, 14개 동, 전용면적 49~84m2, 총 2180세대 규모로 조성된다. 이 중 586세대가 일반분양분이다.
일반분양분 타입별 세대수는 △49㎡A 215세대 △49㎡B 99세대 △59㎡A 90세대 △59㎡B 144세대 △74㎡ 12세대 △84㎡ 26세대다.
단지 대부분은 3~4베이 판상형이며 남향 위주의 단지 배치로 설계했다.
인덕원 퍼스비엘의 향후 분양 일정을 보면, 오는 30일 특별공급을 시작으로 31일 1순위, 6월 1일 2순위 청약접수를 진행하고 6월 8일 당첨자를 발표할 계획이다.
정당계약은 6월 19일부터 3일간 인덕원 퍼스비엘 견본주택에서 진행할 예정이다. 입주예정일은 2026년 6월이다.
