브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설은 지난 22일 광진구와 광진구청에서 취약계층 주거환경 개선을 위한 협약을 체결했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 광진구, 광진복지재단, 주거돌봄협동조합과 ‘취약계층 주거환경개선사업’ 추진을 위해 체결했다. 취약계층의 주거 안정을 도모하는 취지로, 관련기관과 상호 협력체계를 공고히 다지기 위해 마련됐다.
오는 6월까지 기초생활수급자 또는 장애인 가구 9곳에 집수리를 지원한다. 도배, 바닥재 정비, 전기, 조명, 창호 교체와 벽체 단열 등 대상자의 주거 상태에 따라 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다.
기관별로 역할을 정해 효율성을 높였다. 롯데건설은 사업에 필요한 자금과 인력, 물품 등을 제공하고, 구는 각종 행정적인 지원을 수행한다. 광진복지재단은 사례관리와 민관 네트워크 발굴, 주거돌봄협동조합의 경우 현장에서 직접 대상가구를 관리하기로 했다.
롯데건설 관계자는 “롯데건설은 샤롯데봉사단을 통해 임직원들이 자발적인 사회공헌 활동을 펼치고 있다”며 “이번 협약을 통해 앞으로도 지역사회를 위한 나눔 활동을 확대해 나갈 계획이다”고 말했다.
